The out patient ward for general medicine and Psychiatry, functions round the clock in the Shanthivanam complex in Tiruverkadu. Periodic checkups are held for Leprosy, Tuberculosis, ENT patients. Regular eye camps are also conducted.

Medicines are administered regularly by expert paramedics and progress monitored carefully. Expert medical assistance is rendered by professional psychiatrists, dermatologists and cardiologists. Annual vaccination projects are also arranged . Annual medical checkups are extended free of cost to the Community children.
