Home for Tiny Tots. About 160 tiny tots between the age of 2 years to 7 years are being looked after here. They include children transferred from Pasamalargal and also children rescued from various places. Sishu Bhavan has separate sections “A,B,C,D,E,F,J. Children are categorized based on their age and standard in which they are studying. Each section takes care of a small group of 8 to 10 children and caregivers provide special care and attention to the development of the children. Each section has 1 trained housemother, 2 caregivers and one helper. Here the children are introduced to basic discipline and were taught to pray in the morning, before taking food and at night before going to bed. They were also taught to eat by themselves. They have an exclusive dining area, and also play area with play equipment. Providing a secured and pleasant environment that would help them grow with a healthy mind and physique is our main aim.

For children like Rohini, Vatsalya, Meenakshi, Preethi and several others Sishu Bhavan provides facilities that makes them independent in spite of their disability

All the children here go to school. Apart from studies they are also encouraged to learn creative activities like drawing, painting, sports, music and dance.
